Fran smirked slightly and approached Aria, as far as he knew she hadn't noticed him yet. He placed his hand on her shoulder and poked her in the cheek with his other, "I wouldn't bet on it, who would wanna talk to you?"

"Hey! What's the big idea! And if no one wants to talk to me then why did you show your face Fran! Humph...!" Aria got up and leaned the staff on the wall. "Why are you wandering around anyway, don't you have a life?" She then bent down to grab her doll and started to walk towards the entrance of the Underworld.

As Aria reached the exit to the Underworld, she turned around and smirked at him. "I know. I thought I'd tease you a bit." Aria left the Underworld and sat on the flat rock where she began waiting for her father yet again. The streams flow had gotten faster and higher, so she was able to dip her feet into the crystal clear water. "How pleasant."

Aria turned and looked to Fran with an upset look, you still never really explained to me as to why your here with me on the edge of the Underworld..." She looked back out to the white rocky land, looking for her father's black, shredded cloak.

Aria shrugged along with him and looked furtherer out onto the rocky white plains. A black fabric waved in the breeze over a large white rock. The fabric seemed to grow in size as the hood appeared from her Father's cloak, his red eyes glowing from the dark depths of his hood. Aria smiled widely, "Daddy!"

Fran groaned inwardly and sat lower against the rock. He smiled awkwardly at Aria's happiness. Aria was okay, strange but okay. Her father on the other hand...he was just scary.

He pulled down his hood to reveal his handsome face, his eyes still glowing red. Down by the lower part of his neck, Aria noticed that the deteriorating flesh was growing to his face, revealing bright white bones from within. "Oh no Daddy its getting worse...." Aria reached up to his neck and gave him a hug. "Unfortunely sweetie. Soon you will be taking my job... Then I will have to work in Hell... With your grandfather." Aria let go and looked down at her shoe less feet.

Fran watched the exchange between Aria and her father blank faced, slightly scared to leave the rock. He sighed when Aria looked down sadly.

Aria looked up hopeful, "Well that won't be for a long time right daddy? Anyway, we should head back to the town, everyone is waiting and I'm hungry." Aria jumped off of the rock and headed back into the underworld. "Come on Fran! Let's head back on the pathway. Daddy is too tall for it so he'll have to take the gondola."

Before turning the corner to head down the small narrow path to the village Aria turned back and waved at her father as he boarded the gondola. Fran and her made their way quickly down the path till they hit a level plain and slowed down. Aria walked beside Fran, "So, what are your parents like?" Aria may have known Fran for a long time, but it was forbidden for people to enter another one's home for the Devil didn't want a revolution to form behind his back. The poverty town was nothing more than the living half dead who were under complete control for the rest of eternity, only to look forward to their death by the Devil's hands. Aria's curiosity finally got the best of her.

Fran stopped behind Aria and squirmed uncomfortably, his parents weren't a subject that he liked to talk about. "They're....okay, I guess?"

" Well you obviously know about my daddy, everyone does, and hes kept away from the village... and me, in his own private home guarded by the Devil's imps... And the whole village was there for my mum's funeral, so what about you... We have been friends ever since I met you a couple years ago, and I know we aren't allowed to talk about it, but really, who will I tell... I just wanted to know..." Aria looked down to her feet and walked a little slower. "I'm sorry for pestering..."

"There's no reason to apologize, Aria," Fran smiled lightly and walked past her as she slowed down. "You didn't do anything wrong, I just don't wanna talk about them, okay?"
