[Chocolate Kittens]

In this world, a chosen few have gone into partnerships with monsters that refer to themselves as Gods. These Gods appeared out of nowhere six months ago, and they have specially chosen who they want to partner with (thus connection between human and god has a meaning to it -- e.g. someone who is abused most of their life will have a god that thinks of itself as a protector, or someone who longs to fly will have a god that can fly). They will do anything for their human partner -- or do anything they can to manipulate them.

Unfortunately however, anyone who has a God is taken in by the authorities by order of the government as a way of "protecting the people" from these new creatures. So anyone with a God has to keep it hidden from the public if they don't want to become a test subject. Also, some of the Gods have old grudges against one another, and it is often hard for god-partners to make alliances with one another.

Let's just see where this goes. :3 I'm excited oh man. Your god-thing can be anything you want it to be as well, humanoid or robotic or whatever.

Liam tucked Darkness away into his pocket. It was cramped, but at least no one would notice the glowing orange eyes while he walked around. Why the stupid thing insisted on going to the grocery store only two blocks from his house, he would never know. He thought it was dumb. Oh well, Darkness was always being dumb. Hopefully it would at least keep its promise and stay hidden until they got back home.

'No no no, crap.' Taren pushed his companion into an alley, eyes wide with fear of being seen. His hand knocked against Ba'al's maw, and he grimaced at the smooth feeling of a canine tooth against his palm. 'You can't be out here! You're fucking huge and they're going to see you.
His voice raised in pitch near the end of the sentence, as someone walked past.
Ba'al, who was for the lack of a better term, a dragon, grumbled in response. The so called god never talked much, not after the last time Taren bitched him out for sounding creepy as hell.
'Look, get back to the fucking house, and stay there! I'm something from the post office, okay?' he patted the creature on the head, casting nervous glances behind him.

Liam tried to ignore the feeling of Darkness squirming in his sweater's pocket. It just had to be right over his stomach where he was ticklish, didn't it? He had to stop himself from squirming along with it.
He was only pulled out of his uncomfortable reverie by the sight of something big looming in the alleyway across the street. He stopped and stared for a moment. Was that a... dragon? Oh fuck, another God. He hoped Darkness wouldn't react to it.

'Oh no look what you've done.' Taren looked across the street, where some guy was just staring at him. Actually probably at Ba'al, but he honestly wasn't thinking too much about specifics at that moment.
To his dismay, the dragon raised it's head, inhaling through his nose. Oh great, now Ba'al was interested in a scent. Taren felt himself groaning.
He looped an arm around Ba'al's thin neck. 'C'mon man, we've gotta go.'
'No.' The dragon rumbled, taking a step forwards, despite Taren's best efforts. 'There is a god with that boy.'

Darkness squirmed harder, letting its tendrils worm their way out of Liam's pocket. It squealed, high pitched and ragged. Liam clamped his hands down over his pocket. Dammit, not in broad day light! He looked around for somewhere to hide, but the only place was the alley with the dragon-god.
"Oh for the love of--!" Liam made his way across the street as quickly as he could before Darkness burst out into the open. Black tentacles squirmed their way out of his pocket, as much as he tried to hold them in.

Cal was surprised to see other kids with monsters. Or gods as it liked to be called. She wasn't scared of it anymore though. "Do you want me to do something Cal...?" He stood a lot taller than the twelve-year-old with cloven hooves, a goat head, and four eyes, horns, arms and four fingers on each hand.

Cal hummed to herself, "Do you think you could take them?"

"If you wished me too I would Cal." The goat spoke calmly which always bugged Cal.

"Then do it." Cal glared at her stupid monster.

Taren stared at the approaching boy, and shook his head once. That kid was not just walking over here, didn't he know that gods almost always picked fights with each other? He tightened his grip around Ba'al's neck.
'Ba'al no.' he said, trying to raise his voice over the dragon's snarling. 'We're in a public place man, you're going to get us in trouble, me in trouble.'

"Dark, stop it stop it stop it!" Liam growled. Still, the God threw itself out of his pocket and became a writhing mass on the ground. Tentacles threw out toward Ba'al and wrapped around the dragon's neck as well as around its human.
"Dark stop it!" Liam tried again, trying to grab it. His hands sunk through the mass of blackness and he fell backward.

Bok appeared onto the scene and grabbed onto Ba'al. He snorted smoke this was going to be the easiest yet.

Ba'al screeched, sparks falling from his mouth. There were not only one, but two other gods grabbing at him. If that wasn't bad enough, one of them, the one he knew, was holding onto Taren as well.
Speaking of Taren, the guy was flipping shit and such. He pulled at the tenticles wrapped around him, yelling, 'Hey fucking call your god off! Come on!'

"I'm trying!" Liam shouted back at Taren. He began to panic, moving backwards and away from the struggling gods. He looked around--some people were beginning to notice what was happening. He turned back to Darkness and the other gods. He used his most authoritative voice, "Darkness, I order you to stop attacking." He wasn't sure what to do about the other god. All he knew was that he was kind of scared of it. At least it was attacking the dragon and not Darkness.
Darkness pulled away from the squabble, making a noise of disappointment. He got smaller and coiled around Liam's legs, looking up at him. He hissed at the two other gods.

Cal glared over at the weakling who was giving up on the fight. Bok continued clawing into the dragon. Cal leaned against the alley wall, this was too easy, Bok was far too strong for this.

Ba'al roared, unleashing a spurt of electric energy from his maw right into the third god's face. He was not in the mood for this bullshit whatsoever.
'Shit.' Taren said, glancing from the other boy, to some onlooking people, to the little shit who was leaning against the wall. 'Call off your god!' he yelled, still holding onto Ba'al.

Liam stared at the third god, and then at his partner. "What is your problem? Call off your fucking god!! Do you want people to see us?"
Darkness hissed at the girl, snaking toward her. Hopefully it would scare her enough to get the God off the dragon WHO WAS MAKING SUCH A RACKET.

Bok quickly switched places stopping in the way of Darkness. He quickly then clawed into the little tentacled weakling.

Cal ignored the yelling, she was used to it. Weaklings would be whining weaklings.

Ba'al, free from the other demon, turned towards Taren. The boy seemed okay, a bit bruised, but okay nonetheless. He leaned down a bit, and gave Taren a look. 'Get on.'
'B-But, that other kid- Ba'al we can't let that little bitch just...' Taren unwrapped his arms from Ba'al's neck and ran towards the girl to talk her down or something. Maybe he could persuade her or something, he'd figure it out when he got to her.
Ba'al hissed in annoyance, watching his idiot run towards danger. He was sure the child did it just to annoy him.

Darkness hissed and wrapped his tentacles around Bok. He tightened them around his neck and opened his mouth wide into a mess of teeth and nightmares. He was overwhelmed with the need to consume the creature in front of him.

Bok snorted and breathed out fire. He engulfed Darkness in flames nervously being distracted by the dragon headed for Cal.

Taren grasped the girl's arm roughly. 'Fucking tell him to stop!' he yelled, feeling Ba'al's snout tap against his back. He unconsciously patted his companion's head, stealing glances at the ongoing fight.

Darkness hissed loudly, avoiding the fire and letting it melt into his mass. He wrapped more tentacles around Bok and screeched.

Liam couldn't help but fret over Darkness. "Be--Dark, watch it!" He rooted for his God like it was his job.

Bok instantly let go of Dark and appeared to protect Cal. He pushed Taren away from Cal flicking a glance at her. Cal glared. "You idiot keep fighting I can help myself!"

Bock sadly nodded back, "I'm sorry Cal I will not make the same mistake again."

Taren fell back onto his ass. He huffed, quickly rising to his feet again.
'Yo!' he yelled at the girl, 'The fuck is your problem?'

Darkness attached itself to Bok again, sinking its sharp little teeth into his shoulder. He growled like LION. RAAWWWR. But no, he actually growled, hissing venomously. The STUFF WAS FUCKEd, but no, really, he writhed and wrapped his tentacles around Bok, enveloping him in darkness. (>.D)

Bok fought back. Cal was a dick. Bok was all fight, fight, fight. And bllllaaaaaahhh.
