[Chocolate Kittens]

Elias tensed, unintentionally pressing himself against Raele to get away from the blade of her knife. As they flew further toward the sunlight, he felt himself get dizzy and nauseous. "Nngh," he mumbled, blinking hard. The mirrors, reflecting rays at him, were not helping. "T-Tell them to return home." he said weakly to Raele, "U-under the... the Ambassador's orders. Please..." He knew he would pass out soon, and this was his last attempt at preventing any casualties.

The flyers dove at pirates, trying to knock them off their feet, avoiding bullets and shells as best they could. Two were quickly struck down, spiraling in attempts to land safely or make it back to their ship. One swooped at Raele, trying to catch hold of the Ambassador, but he missed and was hit in the wing by a bullet.
The military's ship lifted upwards to follow the pirates', many of the soldiers wincing against the sun's light.

[The Amazing Zoltar]

Eris was having abit of trouble standing as the ship moved. Zoltar scowled and yanked his scarf pulling him down. The cloth constricted around his neck studdering one of his breaths he was using to calm himself. He hit hard on his back but felt a little more cushioned on his head. Eris didn't take the time to look what he'd landed on, trying with all his might instead to loosen the scarf at the same time trying to remind himself why he even wore a scarf.

[Catin Raele]

"Albert pass me that dog's jacket." She pointed at Percy. Albert shyly stripped it off him and tossed it to the captain. Raele brought it quickly over Elias' head so that he was mostly shielded from the sun. She then stood up and yelled out, "The Ambassador has requested you retreat. If I understand things properly I'm pretty sure his word trumps yours Mr. Captain dog."

Sorry I can't reply anymore tonight I have to get up at 6:30 in the morning. Night night!

Captain Leighson was a bit astonished. He didn't believe her. "I'll need to hear his word myself, pirate." He called, signaling for the attack to halt momentarily.
Percy couldn't believe what he was hearing. The Ambassador was ordering a retreat?

Elias took in deep breaths, hugging the coat around him. Shielded from the sun, he felt much better.

[The Amazing Zoltar]

When Eris got the scarf looser he felt much better. He lay on the cushion a few seconds before realising it was one of Zoltar's pockets. He then pulled himself up and looked at Zoltar. He had his head in his hands and Eris could hear him trying to take long calming breaths like he did, only he wasn't too good at it, "Zoltar are you okay?"

"What kind of question is that?" Zoltar lifted his hands to reveal a scowl, "I'm taking a nap, and don't let that kid near me." Zoltar layed down on his spot and in almost seconds he looked to be fully asleep.

[Catin Raele]

Raele knelt down beside Elias, "Come on, apparently Mr. Captain Dog doesn't believe me so your gonna have to tell him yourself." She linked her arm in his and gently helped him stand because she knew he probably wasn't stable at the moment. She lead him to the side of the ship and pulled the jacket up from his face enough that the opposing captain could see it was really him but still keeping him shaded.

"C-Call off your men!" Elias shouted, leaning against Raele for support. He felt like throwing up. "Please, j-just go home, Captain! I'll be returned shortly." He hoped he wasn't promising something he couldn't follow through with. He added weakly, "It's an order..."

The Captain stared, mortified, though he tried to hide it. He wasn't surprised--the young Ambassador had never had a stomach for violence, often refusing his combat training--but he had thought that Elias would have been happy to be saved. And he couldn't deny an order from the Ambassador... Well, there was that little age loophole.
"Your majesty," Captain Leighson called, standing his ground. "I am only inclined to listening to the orders of your advisers."
Elias blinked hard, "And my advisers are incl-clined to listen to me. Go home... Please..."

[The Amazing Zoltar]

Eris leaned against Zoltar and sang to himself as quiet as he could. From expirience Eris knew Zoltar was a light when it came to noise.

[Catin Raele]

"There you have it!" Raele cried triumphantly. "Albert take the little dog and the Ambassador inside. We're leaving," She eyed Captain Leighson, " And if these dogs know their place they'll leave too. In the opposite direction."

Basil gripped the wheel and began to ease the ship around while Crazy Jim shuffled along in his barrel behind Albert leading the boys into the belly of the ship.

Percy felt his cheeks grow hot with shame. He couldn't believe the Ambassador was doing this. Still, as it was his duty, he put an arm around the boy to keep his steady as they were led into the belly of the ship.

Captain Leighson glared at the pirates, as if it would cause them to spontaneously combust. He called, "This is not the end of this, rats!"
He took his bad temper out on his crew, calling back the flyers and getting the ship to turn around. Though, he had no intention of going home. As he had said, this wasn't the end.

[The Amazing Zoltar]

Eris stopped his singing when he heard people coming back down the stairs. There was not only Not Eris but another boy. Eris wasn't exactly feeling comfortable but he would be as long as they left Zoltar alone.

[Catin Raele]

Raele sighed deeply and rubbed her head. This day just seemed to go on and on. Basil approached her side and she asked, "Any damage from the flyer attack?"

"Not much captain we were lucky just a few broken boards from gunfire."

"Fine have it fixed."

"Do you think they'll really leave captain?"

Raele shrugged, " I wouldn't put it past them to whip out a sneak attack but I don't think we have to get our knickers in a twist just yet?"

Basil crossed his arms, "And what about the collection we seem to have in the brig?"

Again Raele sighed, "I guess I'm going to have to talk to them huh? Alright bring them all into the navigation room. Except for the dog. I'll talk to him later. By himself."

Percy helped Elias hobble over to one of the wall and sit down, before looking warily at the other two in the cell. He didn't offer a hello to either of them, though one was asleep.

Elias tried not to throw up and rested his head against Percy's shoulder, happy for the compassion. He mumbled, "Um, I'm sorry, but could you possibly untie me?" He looked at the soldier hopefully.

Percy nodded, "Of course, your majesty." He quickly untied the young man, and Elias rubbed his sore arms and wrists.

"Thank you," He said, smiling. He didn't want to show it, but he was beaming at the fact that he'd been called 'your majesty.'

[The Amazing Zoltar]

Eris looked across the room back at the two. He was happy to finally see that Not Eris was being untied. Though they were being very quiet he wasn't sure it was quiet enough, "Not Eris and Other Boy, " Eris addressed them as he thought Zoltar would want him to, "The Amazing Zoltar is taking a nap and I have been... Made to keep things quiet, so do not talk." That seemed about it but Eris added, "Th-thank you... Please."

[Catin Raele]

Basil walked down the steps to here the boy with the scarf ask the others to be quiet. "Sorry if I'm interrupting something," he said, " but the captain would like to see you in the navigation room immediately. Everyone except you," he said pointing at Percy. He opened the door and gestured for them to exit while ignoring the soldier's protests. "The captain wishes to speak to you seperately. I promise you honestly that nothing will happen to your precious ambassador. At the most someone will probably try to tend to his sickness." There was an evil glint in his eyes and he added, " Anymore objections and you will have to share a cell alone with Crazy Jim.

Out of the shadows Crazy Jim shuffled forward in his barrel toward the cell. He poked his head out, snickered wheezily, and waved at the soldier. He wondered what this one's blood tasted like.

Percy gave Zoltar and Eris a good look-over. Very strange people--must be from the circus. Or maybe they were pirates, too.



Percy glared at Basil, after giving Crazy Jim a disgusted look. "I swear if you hurt the Ambassador--if you even so much as put a scratch on him--I will-!"
Elias cut in, "I-It's okay. I think it's better not to resist for the moment. Please, just stay out of trouble, Private." He got shakily to his feet and walked over to Basil, trying to keep his head high.

[The Amazing Zoltar]

"Pirate Person, please don't wake up The Amazing Zoltar, he's had a very stressful day... and..." Eris had a feeling his speach wouldn't work, "If you wake him up, or move him he'll be mad at me."

[Catin Raele]

Basil shrugged,"He has to come somehow so I suggest you drag him. If he wakes then that's all the better. The captain wants to speak with all of you." He looked down at the boy still uncertain whether or not he wanted to drag him. Basil sighed, "Fine if it will get you to see the captain," He grabbed the back of the man's jacket and began dragging him behind him while the two boys followed. Even though Basil felt he was pretty strong he found his arm muscles beginning to hurt under the strain of just dragging this man.

They finally reached the door and Basil knocked.

"Come in."

He pushed open the door and lead the group in. The navigation room was small and was very stuffy with everything inside. There were maps scattered everywhere. Tacked to the wall, messily spread out on the table, and on the floor. In the corner were several computer screens used only for navigation. The captain was sitting at one, while looking back and forth from a map and the screen.

She turned around, "Thank you for bringing them Basil even though one doesn't seem to be concious. Close the door behind you. Good. Now," She looked from one boy to the other, "I don't want any interruptions you hear? This is very important," She sighed, " Well just simply I'm going to tell you why you're here. Mainly you Elias. My crew and I were given a tip the someone in the dark Mage military, possibly one of our friends who just visited, is out to assasinate you. This is why I didn't want the Private in here because we don't know how many or who exactly is involved. We were asked to stage a kidnapping so that the military wouldn't assume foul play. Even though kidnapping you did really piss them off. So here's my question for you Elias. Would you go along with the plan or will you be difficult and we'd have to do things the hard way?And for you," She turned to Eris with Zoltar at his feet, " Will you help us or do we need to find the nearest to dump you off ship? We don't need the extra weight if you're not helping." She sat back and folded her arms over her chest.

And even though he's a creeper ya gotta love him.

To say the least, Elias was surprised. "But..." he caught himself and looked at his feet while he thought for the moment. He looked back up at Raele, utterly confused, "Someone's trying to assassinate me? Why?" He was finding it hard to believe. "And... It's someone in the military? But... why? Why would they do that?"

Percy sat in the corner of the cell, trying to stay as far away from Crazy Jim as possible. He glared at the man, and tried to hide how much his hands were shaking.

[The Amazing Zoltar]

Eris was, of course, crying. He didn't know what to do. Zoltar would be mad to wake up , he would be mad if Eris made the decision, and he would be mad if he... He would just be mad no matter what. Eris breathed in and out humming to himself. He flicked his eyes towards Raele for a second, "I-I can't make a decision like that without consulting The Amazing Zoltar... P-p-pirate Woman."

[Catin Raele]

Raele shook her head, "We're not sure why the military would want you dead but our theory is that the military wants to overthrow the royal family and take control. We don't know for sure though. And you," She gestured to Eris," Zoltar is just gonna have to wake up so you can make a decision."

Crazy Jim licked his lips and kept staring at the boy. "You look mighty scared boy. But you wear a nice uniform." He read the nametag on the boy's shirt and his eyes widened as he ground his teeth together. "You're related to him huh?" He gripped his barrel tighter. This boy... A Leighson boy...He licked his lips rapidly thinking but then pouter. Captain would be angry if he slit the boy's throat.

Elias felt a lump forming in his throat. If what she was saying were true, all his insecurities would be true. He swallowed the emotions threatening to crawl out of his stomach and said to Raele, "Then you and your crew are friends of the royal family?"

Percy raised an eyebrow, "'Him'?" his voice was shaking. "'Him' who?" He looked down at himself, where Crazy Jim's eyes were focusing and he saw his name plate. Private Percy Leighson Perkins. If the man were referring to his uncle, he thought he might scream. He gave Crazy Jim his best death glare.

[The Amazing Zoltar]

"Eris you are terrible at this," Zoltar groaned.

"Zoltar! I-I'm." Eris should have known all this would wake him up.

He looked down at Zoltar as he grabbed his scarf and pulled himself up, "We all know you're sorry," Zoltar rolled his eyes, "We need to be dropped off because trust me when I say Eris never does anything you say. Zoltar I don't want to check your pockets. Zoltar I don't want to be your practice target. Zoltar I told you I'm not your traget. Zoltar stop throwing knives at me. The list goes on."

[Catin Raele]

Raele shrugged, "We're just following orders. Plus we as well as any other sky pirate out there, hate the military. They interfere too much." She winked at Elias and then looked at Zoltar. "I assumed you were his master and if that's so then what he wants or doesn't want to do doesn't really matter. But if you really want to leave then you'll just have to stick around till we get near a sky port. You don't need to decide now though. Anyway I just figured you should all know. Things are probably easier this way. Now," She stood up, "Basil please escort these three to the empty rooms in the quarters. You know the ones. Someone will be there to look after your wounds at some point too Elias. And Basil bring the dog to my personal quarters. Tie his hands up too."

"Right away Captain."

Raele patted his cheek, "Thanks sweetheart. I'll be waiting." And she left the room leaving Basil bright red with a strange feeling "downstairs". (if you know what I mean :3) Dammit how did she always manage to fo that?! He turned around quickly so that the other three wouldn't see his face and mumbled something about following him. Walking quickly ahead he dropped the ambassador off in one room and the other two in their own. He was thankful that by the time he reached the brig to retrieve the dog, the blushing and strange feeling had ceased.
