Norina ducked down, 'had she saw her?' She leaned against the wall. Hopefully the room would clear before the nasigh woke up.

Fae stared down at the pile of towels and sighed. He leaned to the side to gaze after the professor, back into the den. The professor's assistant stood close to the couch but her eyes stared out the window as if searching for something. "Did you see something?" He asked from the kitchen.

[Chocolate Kittens]

Lila jumped and looked at Fae with wide, wide eyes. Instead of answering, she looked back out the window.

The Professor looked at Lila, "Did you see something, girl?" He turned to the window, walking up close to it and seeing if he could peer over the other side of the sill. He called to Fae, "I think you've got someone in your bushes... Unless it's a rather large badger or something."

Nori couldn't quite make out the voice at the window. She just kept low trying to not make a movement just in case someone was looking down at her.

"U-uh," Fae swayed back and forth in the doorway. "Just leave it alone then, whatever it is it doesn't seem to be bothering anyone. I may have Rain check into it later."

[Chocolate Kittens]

"Are you sure?" the Professor said, "I mean, it could be a ravenous monster of some sort."
"Ravenous?" Lila asked, not sure what the word meant. She walked carefully up to the window, and sniffed. "It doesn't smell ravenous..." She pointed to Fae. "It smells like you."

Norina heard more peple talking and one walked up close to the window. There was a good chance she was their focus. Her heart raced, Uncle Fae was gonna kill her. That thought almost made her laugh, he wouldn't hurt a spider... a spider crawling up her arm. "Ew." She muttered before slaping it off.

"What do you mean by that?" Fae asked as he stared down at the towels, some of the blood had wiped onto his hands.

[Chocolate Kittens]

Lila shrugged, "It smells like you."

There was no action Norina noticed. They didn't seem to notice her, it time to think up a plan quick. Okay, She pulled Douglas out from her bag, "Wake up Douglas! This is not a time to be sleeping." She inflected a yell with her whisper and doug openned his eyes. "Now, I need to play distraction," She wiggled to the end of the bushes and placed Doug on the patio, "Doug, speak." The cat started to meow with a passion.

Fae gasped, startled from the sudden sounds coming from outside. He hurried to balance himself so the towels wouldn't fall onto the flood, heaven knows what Rain would do to him if she found blood on the floor. "What is that?" he mumbled under his breath and started for the door.

The Professor followed the elf, very curious indeed. Lila narrowed her eyes--that meowing didn't exactly sound natural. She followed behind her master all the same, and gave the cat a dark look.

Douglas's performance was beautiful, and it got everyone away from the window. Step one done... now what... It was time to think on her feet, for the sake of Quentin Woods. This thought gave her hope, passion, strength, she jumped up at the window and hit her fist against it... aparently windows were alot stronger than she thought. She hit her hand against it, again, nothing, "Fuck..." 'Oh no, what did she say? Her dad would kill her, her mom.. disown her...'

"Norina!" Fae dropped the towels on the porch. He reached out to her and pulled her from the window. "What are you doing here?"

The Professor studied the elf girl for a moment, before decided right away that he liked her spunk.
Lila stared down at the fluffy cat, before dropping onto all fours and looking at it eye to eye. She gave him an obligatory sniff.

"Norina?" Norina scowled pointed at herself, "You mean me? I'm not Norina, I'm the Great Adventurer Atelna Adell Sheverzihier Sage of Justice, Peace and Hope... And why is that woman sniffing my cat?"

[Loxlorial]

"Norina," Fae sighed, "Do your parents know you're here again?"

[Chocolate Kittens]

"Oh, she's just saying hello." The Professor clarified, smiling over at Lila, "It's what she does."
Lila looked up momentarily before returning her attention to the cat. Once the greeting between them was over, she rubbed her nose against the cat's face, purring.

"Is that how adress a sage?" Norina scowled at Fae, "What's your name, man, I need to tell Lord Verean about your rudeness. Now I'm here about that nasigh your harbouring..."

Douglas found this human a little bit up front, mocking him by purring like one of his own.

"Do I need to get Rain to take you home again, Norina?"

[Chocolate Kittens]

The Professor raised an eyebrow, "Are you really a sage? You know Verean?" He was fascinated.

Lila gave Douglas a scratch behind the ears, smiling happily. She had to remember not to purr anymore...

"Of course I am... I'm just taking form as a familiar face for the elf. This is his house right? I saw the nasigh... He presence is disturbing the peace of this woods." Norina looked over at Fae and with hope in her eyes she mouthed, 'Don't take me back.'

Fae read her lips and sighed. "Why are you here?" He asked quietly.

[Chocolate Kittens]

The Professor smiled, "Disturbing the peace? My dear girl, he's just a scared little boy. I don't know what harm you must think he's causing, but he's not dangerous." He gave a lighthearted laugh.

"Scared little boy? He's a nasigh. His only goals involve the destruction of elves and maybe healing that wing." Norina scowled, "He like his kings is secretly aligned with the shadow, and only I, Sage of Peace, can see it."
